ADR bulk provision AP10
Leak-tight units or a leak-tight puncture-resistant liner, with absorbent for free liquid; 5.1 residues kept off wood and combustibles.
A Class 9 bulk provision. Vehicles and containers must be leak tight, or have a sealed liner or bag that is leak tight and resists puncture, and must have a means, such as absorbent, of holding any liquid that escapes. Discarded empty uncleaned packagings with Class 5.1 residues need a vehicle or container built or adapted so the goods cannot touch wood or other combustible material.
Conditions
- Leak-tight vehicle or container, or a leak-tight puncture-resistant sealed liner or bag.
- Means of retaining free liquid, e.g. absorbent material.
- Class 5.1 residues: no contact with wood or other combustible material.
