Public-place loading/unloading: special permission needed inside built-up areas, advance notice to the authorities outside them.

Loading or unloading the goods in a public place within a built-up area needs special permission from the competent authorities. In a public place outside a built-up area, the authorities must be notified in advance, unless the operation is urgent for safety reasons. If handling in a public place is unavoidable, goods of different kinds are kept apart according to their labels.

Conditions

• (1)(a) Public place, built-up area: special permission of the competent authorities required.
• (1)(b) Public place outside a built-up area: prior notice to the competent authorities, unless urgently needed for safety.
• (2) Handling in a public place: separate different substances and articles according to their labels.
