Clean the loading surface thoroughly before loading; no fire or naked flame on, near, or while loading/unloading the vehicle.
The loading surface of the vehicle or container must be cleaned thoroughly before loading. Fire and naked flames are banned on vehicles and containers carrying the goods, around them, and during loading and unloading.
Conditions
- (1) Thorough cleaning of the loading surface before loading.
- (2) No fire or naked flame on, near, or during loading and unloading of the vehicle or container.
