ADR label model 5.2
Label model 5.2 (organic peroxides): flame, black or white.
Label model 5.2 is the hazard label for organic peroxides. Symbol: flame, black or white. Layout: upper half red, lower half yellow; 5.2 in black in the bottom corner. Like all labels it is a diamond of minimum 100 mm by 100 mm (reducible in proportion on packages too small for that), affixed to packages as Column (5) of Table A requires.

Note. Under 5.2.2.1.9 a 5.2 label also signals possible flammability, so no label 3 is added; type B organic peroxides also take label 1 unless waived, and label 8 when Class 8 packing group I or II criteria are met.
Refers to: 5.2.2.1; 5.2.2.2.1; 5.2.2.1.9.
