Equivalent driver training under another regime covering 8.2.2.3.5 may replace all or part of the specialization course.

If a driver has had equivalent training under other national regulations, for another regime or purpose, covering the subjects in 8.2.2.3.5, that driver can be excused all or part of the specialization course.
