ADR operation provision S15
Chapter 8.4 supervision at any amount, unless the compartment is locked or packages are otherwise protected from illicit unloading.
Chapter 8.4 vehicle supervision applies whatever the quantity carried, but it may be dispensed with when the loaded compartment is locked or the packages are otherwise secured against illicit unloading.
