ADR operation provision S6

Class 7 non-excepted: 8.3.1 off for vehicles with only I-WHITE items; 8.3.4 off when there is no subsidiary hazard.

For radioactive material not in excepted packages, 8.3.1 is lifted for a vehicle whose only radioactive load is packages, overpacks or containers labelled category I-WHITE, and 8.3.4 does not apply where there is no subsidiary hazard.

Conditions

• 8.3.1 disapplied if the vehicle carries only category I-WHITE labelled packages, overpacks or containers.
• 8.3.4 disapplied if there is no subsidiary hazard.
