Flexible, fibreboard and wooden IBCs must be sift-proof and water-resistant, or be lined with a liner that is.

Inside IBC08, flexible IBCs, fibreboard IBCs (11G) and wooden IBCs must each be sift-proof and water-resistant, or be fitted with a liner meeting both properties. Metal, rigid plastics and composite IBCs are not affected by this provision.
