UN 0082 may use IBC100 only for nitrate/combustible mixtures with no nitroglycerin, liquid organic nitrates or chlorates; no metal IBCs.
For UN 0082, IBC100 may be used only when the substance mixes ammonium nitrate, or another inorganic nitrate, with combustible substances that are not themselves explosive ingredients. The explosive must contain no nitroglycerin, no similar liquid organic nitrates and no chlorates. Metal IBCs are not allowed.
