ADR special packing provision BB1

RID/ADR only: UN 3130 IBC openings must be closed by two devices in series, one screwed or equally secured.

For UN 3130 in metal IBCs under IBC01, each opening must be sealed tight by two closing devices fitted one behind the other, at least one of them screwed or secured in an equivalent way. This provision is specific to RID and ADR.

Note. Appears only in IBC01. The packaging counterpart is RR4 in P402.
