ADR special packing provision L3
Informative note: sea carriage of UN 2208 and 3486 in large packagings is prohibited.
L3 is a note in LP02 stating that UN 2208 and UN 3486 may not be carried by sea in large packagings. It does not restrict road carriage, but a journey with a sea leg would need other packaging.
Note. Appears only in LP02. The IBC counterpart is B13 in IBC08.
