ADR special packing provision PP45

Intermediate packagings are not required (UN 0072 and 0226 in P112(a); UN 0144 in P115).

In P112(a), UN 0072 and 0226 may be packed without intermediate packagings.

Note. Also printed in P115 (page 65): same effect, for UN 0144 instead.
