ADR special packing provision PP46
UN 0209 dry flake or prilled TNT: sift-proof 5H2 bags recommended, max 30 kg net.
In P112(b), for trinitrotoluene (UN 0209) as dry flake or prills, sift-proof woven plastics bags (5H2) are recommended, with a net mass of no more than 30 kg. The wording is a recommendation rather than a mandatory packaging choice.
