ADR special packing provision PP76

UN 0271, 0272, 0415 and 0491 in metal packagings: they must be built to prevent explosion from internal pressure rise.

In P143, where metal packagings are used for UN 0271, 0272, 0415 or 0491, they must be constructed so that a rise in internal pressure from internal or external causes cannot result in an explosion.

Note. Appears only in P143. PP52 (P114(b)) states the same construction requirement for UN 0160 and 0161 in metal drums.
