ADR special packing provision PP8

UN 2002 packagings must be built so internal pressure rise cannot cause explosion; no cylinders, tubes or pressure drums.

For UN 2002 under P002, the packaging must be constructed so that a rise in internal pressure cannot cause an explosion, and cylinders, tubes and pressure drums are not allowed.

Note. Appears only in P002. PP5 in P001 has the same effect for UN 1204.
