ADR special packing provision PP89
UN 3501–3505: non-refillable cylinders may exceed 4.1.6.9 (b) up to 1 000 L divided by test pressure in bar, max 50 L per ISO 11118.
In P206, for UN 3501, 3502, 3503, 3504 and 3505, non-refillable cylinders may, despite 4.1.6.9 (b), have a water capacity in litres up to 1 000 divided by the test pressure in bar. This applies only if the construction standard limits on capacity and pressure are in line with ISO 11118:2015 + Amd 1:2019 (its clause 1), which caps capacity at 50 litres.
