ADR special packing provision PP90
UN 3506 and 3554: sealed inner liners or bags impervious to mercury or gallium must keep the substance in at any orientation.
Under P003, for UN 3506 and UN 3554, sealed inner liners or bags must be used. They must be made of strong, leakproof, puncture-resistant material that mercury or gallium (as the case may be) cannot pass through, and must keep the substance in the package whatever way up it is.
