ADR special packing provision RR4

RID/ADR only: UN 3130 receptacle openings must be closed by two devices in series, one screwed or equally secured.

For UN 3130 under P402, the openings of receptacles must be closed tight by two devices one behind the other, at least one screwed or secured in an equivalent way. This provision is specific to RID and ADR.

Note. Appears only in P402. The IBC counterpart is BB1 (IBC01).
