ADR bulk provision AP4

Closed vehicles or containers must have hermetically sealed filling and discharge openings, keeping gas in and moisture out.

A Class 4.3 bulk provision. Where closed vehicles or closed containers are used, their filling and discharge openings must close hermetically, to stop gas escaping and moisture getting in.
