Pyrophoric solids: sealed metal (15 kg) or canned glass (1 kg) inners in 125 kg outers, metal or composite packagings to 150 kg gross, or pressure receptacles.
Covers pyrophoric solids UN 1383, 1854, 1855, 2008, 2441, 2545, 2546, 2846, 2881, 3200, 3391 and 3393. Options: (1) combination packagings in drums or boxes of the listed types, with hermetically sealed metal inners of up to 15 kg or glass inners of up to 1 kg with gasketed closures cushioned inside sealed metal cans, outer net mass up to 125 kg, and inner closures secured against backing off; (2) metal drums or jerricans up to 150 kg gross; (3) plastics receptacles in steel or aluminium drums (6HA1 or 6HB1) up to 150 kg gross; (4) pressure receptacles meeting 4.1.3.6.
