ADR operation provision S16
Chapter 8.4 supervision above 500 kg in the vehicle; above 500 kg and under 1.10.3, supervise at all times per the security plan.
Chapter 8.4 supervision applies when more than 500 kg of these substances in total is on the vehicle. Vehicles carrying more than 500 kg that are subject to 1.10.3 must also be supervised at all times under the 1.10.3.2 security plan, to prevent malicious acts and alert the driver and competent authorities in case of loss or fire.
