Chapter 8.4 supervision applies in bulk or tanks above 3 000 kg or 3 000 litres; not triggered for packaged carriage.
Vehicle supervision under Chapter 8.4 applies only when this substance travels in bulk or in tanks and the total aboard exceeds 3 000 kg or 3 000 litres, whichever measure applies.
