ADR special provision 153
Entry usable only if tests show the substance does not burn or self-ignite with water and the evolved gas mix is non-flammable.
This entry may be used only where testing demonstrates that, in contact with water, the substances are not combustible, show no tendency to self-ignite, and give off a gas mixture that is not flammable.
