ADR special provision 16
Explosive samples for testing, classification, R&D, quality control or commercial use move as the competent authority directs, with mass caps.
Samples of new or existing explosives may be carried on the competent authority's directions, for uses such as testing, classification, research and development, quality control or as commercial samples. Samples that are neither wetted nor desensitized are capped at 10 kg, packed in small packages as the authority specifies. Wetted or desensitized samples are capped at 25 kg.
