ADR special provision 190
Aerosols need protection against accidental discharge; aerosols of 50 ml or less with only non-toxic constituents are not subject to ADR.
Aerosol dispensers must be fitted with protection preventing accidental release. Aerosols whose capacity does not exceed 50 ml and whose contents are all non-toxic are outside ADR.
