Only for ammonium nitrate based compound fertilizers classified by Manual of Tests and Criteria Part III Section 39; those meeting it are outside ADR.
The entry is reserved for compound fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate. They must be classified using the procedure in Part III, Section 39 of the Manual of Tests and Criteria. A fertilizer that meets the criteria for this UN number is not subject to ADR.
