Nitrocellulose solutions with 20 % nitrocellulose or less may travel under the paint, perfumery product or printing ink entries.
Solutions holding no more than 20 % nitrocellulose may be carried under the paint, perfumery product or printing ink entries as appropriate: UN 1210, 1263, 1266, 3066, 3469 and 3470.
