ADR special provision 208
Commercial calcium nitrate fertilizer (double salt, ≤ 10 % ammonium nitrate, ≥ 12 % water of crystallization) is not subject to ADR.
Commercial-grade calcium nitrate fertilizer that is mostly a double salt of calcium nitrate and ammonium nitrate is outside ADR when its ammonium nitrate share is 10 % or less and its water of crystallization is 12 % or more.
