ADR special provision 210
Toxins from plant, animal or bacterial sources that contain, or are contained in, infectious substances are Class 6.2.
Where a toxin of plant, animal or bacterial origin contains infectious substances, or is itself contained in infectious substances, it must be classified in Class 6.2 rather than 6.1.
