ADR special provision 219
GMMOs and GMOs packed and marked to P904 are free of other ADR requirements, unless they meet Class 6.1 or 6.2 criteria.
Genetically modified microorganisms and organisms that are packed and marked according to packing instruction P904 need comply with nothing else in ADR. If they meet the criteria of Class 6.1 or Class 6.2, the toxic or infectious substance rules apply to them instead.
