Lithium cells and batteries may use this entry if they meet 2.2.9.1.7.1; sodium ion ones if they meet 2.2.9.1.7.2.

This entry is open to lithium cells and batteries that comply with 2.2.9.1.7.1, and to sodium ion cells and batteries that comply with 2.2.9.1.7.2.
