ADR special provision 288
No classification or carriage without competent authority approval resting on Series 2 and Series 6(c) test results.
These substances may only be classified and carried once the competent authority has given its authorization. That authorization is based on Series 2 tests and a Series 6(c) test (Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part I) on packages in the form offered for carriage, see 2.2.1.1.
