ADR special provision 307

Only for ammonium nitrate based fertilizers, classified by Manual Part III Section 39 within the limits of 2.2.51.2.2.

The entry is reserved for fertilizers based on ammonium nitrate. Classification follows the Section 39 procedure (Manual, Part III), within the restrictions set by 2.2.51.2.2 (its thirteenth and fourteenth indents). For that Section 39 procedure, the competent authority is the one of the country of origin. If that country is not an ADR Contracting Party, the first ADR Contracting Party the consignment arrives in must have its competent authority recognize the classification and carriage conditions.
