ADR special provision 334
A fuel cell cartridge may hold an activator if two independent means stop it mixing with the fuel in carriage.
An activator may be included in a fuel cell cartridge, provided the cartridge has two independent means of preventing the activator from mixing with the fuel by accident during carriage.
