ADR special provision 351

Ammonium chlorate, its water solutions, and chlorate-ammonium salt mixtures are prohibited from carriage.

Carriage is forbidden for ammonium chlorate, for solutions of it in water, and for any mixture combining a chlorate with an ammonium salt.
