ADR special provision 353

Ammonium permanganate, its water solutions, and permanganate-ammonium salt mixtures are prohibited from carriage.

Carriage is forbidden for ammonium permanganate, for solutions of it in water, and for any mixture combining a permanganate with an ammonium salt.
