ADR special provision 358
Nitroglycerin in alcohol at over 1 % up to 5 % may be Class 3, UN 3064, if every requirement of P300 is met.
A solution of nitroglycerin in alcohol containing more than 1 % and no more than 5 % nitroglycerin may be placed in Class 3 under UN 3064, on condition that packing instruction P300 is complied with in full. Special provision 359 gives the Class 1 alternative.
