ADR special provision 359
Nitroglycerin in alcohol at over 1 % up to 5 % is Class 1, UN 0144, unless every requirement of P300 is met.
A solution of nitroglycerin in alcohol containing more than 1 % and no more than 5 % nitroglycerin must be put in Class 1 under UN 0144 whenever packing instruction P300 is not complied with in full. Special provision 358 gives the Class 3 route.
