The article may use Chapter 3.4 limited quantities only if its package can pass test series 6(d), as decided by the competent authority.
Limited quantity carriage under Chapter 3.4 is open to this article only when the package as offered can pass test series 6(d) (Manual, Part I). Whether it can is determined by the competent authority.
