ADR special provision 397
Nitrogen-oxygen mixtures with 19.5 % to 23.5 % oxygen by volume may use this entry if no other oxidizing gas is present; no 5.1 subsidiary label needed.
A mixture of nitrogen and oxygen with an oxygen content between 19.5 % and 23.5 % by volume, inclusive, may be carried under this entry when it contains no other oxidizing gas. Within that range the oxidizer subsidiary hazard label (model No. 5.1) is not needed.
