ADR special provision 534
Petrol with a 50 °C vapour pressure up to 150 kPa (1.50 bar) in some climates is still treated as not exceeding 110 kPa (1.10 bar).
In some climates petrol (gasoline) can reach a vapour pressure at 50 °C above 110 kPa (1.10 bar) but no higher than 150 kPa (1.50 bar). It is nevertheless treated as a substance whose vapour pressure at 50 °C is 110 kPa (1.10 bar) or less.
| Value | Applies when |
|---|---|
| 110 kPa (1.10 bar) | vapour pressure at 50 °C it is deemed not to exceed |
| 150 kPa (1.50 bar) | actual vapour pressure at 50 °C covered by the deeming |
