ADR special provision 540

Hafnium, titanium or zirconium powder wetted with ≥ 25 % water (UN 1326, 1352, 1358) is Class 4.1.

Class 4.1 covers hafnium powder (UN 1326), titanium powder (UN 1352) and zirconium powder (UN 1358) when wetted with at least 25 % water.
