ADR special provision 549
Chlorosilanes not emitting flammable gas with water: Class 3 if flash-point below 23 °C, Class 8 if 23 °C or above.
Chlorosilanes that do not release flammable gases on contact with water are Class 3 when their flash-point is below 23 °C and Class 8 when it is 23 °C or higher.
