ADR special provision 555
Non-toxic, non-spontaneously combustible metal dust and powder that emits flammable gas with water is Class 4.3.
Dust and powder of metals that are not spontaneously combustible and not toxic, but still give off flammable gases on contact with water, belong to Class 4.3.
