ADR special provision 562

Organometallic compounds go to Class 4.2 if spontaneously combustible, or to Class 4.3 if flammable and water-reactive.

A classification pointer for organometallic compounds. Those that ignite spontaneously belong in Class 4.2. Those that react with water and are flammable belong in Class 4.3.
