Barium azide wetted below the stated water content is an explosive, Class 1, UN 0224.
If barium azide contains less water than the limit given in its Table A entry, it is no longer this entry: it is treated as a Class 1 explosive under UN 0224.
Note. The water-content limit itself is in the Table A name of the entry, not in the provision.
