ADR special provision 586
Hafnium, titanium, zirconium powders need visible excess water; coarse wetted powders (≥ 53 µm mechanical, ≥ 840 µm chemical) are outside ADR.
Powders of hafnium, titanium and zirconium carried under this entry must have a visible excess of water. Wetted powders are not subject to ADR when their particle size is 53 µm or more (mechanically produced) or 840 µm or more (chemically produced).
