Gas used to cool non-dangerous goods in P203(6)-compliant open cryogenic double-wall receptacles is outside ADR except 5.5.3.

When the gas serves as a coolant for goods that meet no class criteria (for example medical or biological specimens) and is held in double-wall receptacles meeting paragraph (6) of packing instruction P203 for open cryogenic receptacles, ADR does not apply apart from the provisions of 5.5.3.
