ADR special provision 61

The technical name added to the proper shipping name must be the ISO common name, a WHO-listed name or the active substance name.

For these pesticide entries the proper shipping name must be supplemented by a technical name. That name is the ISO common name (ISO 1750:1981 as amended), a name from the WHO pesticide hazard classification guidelines, or the name of the active ingredient itself.
