ADR special provision 665

Unground hard coal, coke and anthracite meeting Class 4.2 PG III criteria are not subject to ADR.

An exemption: hard coal, coke and anthracite that have not been ground are outside ADR even when they meet the Class 4.2 packing group III criteria.
